Games Procurement Registrations Low

Local Businesses Urged to Register their Interest

It is with some disappointment that the Business Bundaberg team has learnt of the low number of local business respondents registering their interest in becoming a supplier to the 2018 Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

There have to date only been three registrants for the Wide Bay Burnett and again we would like to encourage all local businesses to consider their capacity to be a supplier to the Games. By following the links below YOU can become involved in one of the most significant procurement programs in recent times and the next decade. Remember here in the Wide Bay, we are well within striking range of this rare opportunity.

Agrotrend under New Management

The Rotary Club of Bundaberg are pleased to have the management of Agrotrend back under their banner and look forward to implementing a new look to the event.

Agrotrend has been a Rotary Club of Bundaberg event for 38 years and this year will be celebrating it’s 39th year in the Bundaberg Region.

"We have contracted a new Event Manager, Ainsley Gatley, who brings with her a wealth of experience in event management and an understanding or our community. We already have a number of ideas that we are keen to bring to the 2016 event and help take Agrotrend in a new direction" said Chris Palmer, Secretary, Rotary Club of Bundaberg.
