Business & Skilled Migration Queensland

Last week Bundaberg Regional Council proudly hosted and supported a Trade and Investment Queensland (TIQ) led group of investors assessing the region for opportunities.

The tour by mostly Chinese investors, facilitated under TIQ's Business & Skilled Migration Queensland (BSMQ) programme brought Brisbane-based TIQ officers, along with prospective investors, to the Wide Bay Burnett to investigate first-hand a range of trade and investment opportunities.

CCIQ Survey reveals Region in Good Shape

The latest Chamber of Commerce & Industry Queensland (CCIQ) Pulse survey has revealed that Wide Bay region small businesses are optomistic about economic growth.  For the September quarter, the region has scored top in the 'profitability score' amongst all rural and regional Queensland areas.
